Conex >B< Press compatible jaws, and press machines
For sizes 12mm to 54mm inclusive
- Only IBP/Klauke or Rems "V" profile jaws are approved for use with Conex >B< Press Fittings.
- Rems also supply "M" profile jaws to the UK market - these must not be used with Conex >B< Press.
- Yorkshire, Mapress or Sanha jaws must not be used with Conex >B< Press.
- Press machines from the following manufacturers can be used:
- Novopress ECO-1 mains machine (not chipped jaws).
- Klauke UAP-2, and UAP-4 battery machines.
- REMS AKKU-press battery machine.
- REMS power press E mains machine.
For sizes 64 to 108mm inclusive
- Only IBP/Novopress "M" /Klauke "KSP3LP" profile collars are approved for use with Conex >B< Press XL. Klauke press collars cannot be used with Novopress ECO-3 press machines, and Novopress/IBP press collars cannot be used with the Klauke UAP-4 press machine.
- Novopress 108mm IMI 'Copper Only' press collars must not be used with >B<Press XL 108mm fittings.
- Press machines, with dedicated adapters, and press collars from the following manufacturers can be used:
- Novopress ECO-3 mains machine.
- Klauke UAP-4 battery machine.
Note: 110 volt mains machines must be operated from a 240/110 volt transformer rated at 1kVa minimum. Press machines should be plugged directly into the transformer, extension leads should not be used between the transformer and press machine.
