CONEX IMPROVEMENTS RECOGNISED

In recognition of the great strides made in customer service, product innovation, and branch support, Conex has been awarded the title of ‘Most Improved Supplier’ in BSS Industrial’s 2010 Supplier of the Year Award.
The award was awarded on the basis of votes from employees from across the BSS Industrial head office and branch network. Votes were based on a range of criteria such as quality of communication, service levels to branches, product knowledge, training and sales support. Conex was particularly recognised for the support it provides regionally to BSS Industrial trade counters.
The award was presented at the BSS Industrial Annual Supplier Dinner to David Odlin, Conex UK and Ireland Sales Director who was delighted to receive the award, commenting, “This award is the result of a truly team effort because it covers all aspects of our business relationship with BSS. At Conex we have been working hard to improve our service to merchants and provide them with a top-class delivery service, customer support at all levels and innovative products. It is encouraging that such an important customer has publicly recognised this.”
